How are esthemax+pharm products different from other beauty brands?

Our products are FDA-approved and formulated for professional use. Each of our products is scientifically proven to be safe and effective. In the past, we supplied our products only to skincare professionals such as estheticians, nurses, and dermatologists. Based on our history and experience serving the professional care community, we happily started making personal care products that are fun, easy to use, but still professional quality.



SHIPPING

esthemaxpharm.com is open for orders 24/7. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We are monitoring the situation very closely and working with all external fulfillment partners to ensure they are taking necessary safety precautions. Due to the ingredient content of CBD & SANITIZER products, only standard ground shipment to lower U.S. 48 states is available. esthemax+pharm currently does not ship to Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Colombia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Korea, China, UAE, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Costa Rico. 


Shipping Time

United States: Standard: 3-7 business days, Rush 1-2 business days.

Longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International Countries : 12-25 business days.


Note: Order processing time takes 1-3 business days.

We only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Rush shipping and air shipments not available for alcohol-based sanitizer products.


Where does esthemax+pharm ship?

esthemax+pharm currently ships to all 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico and International Conuntries.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International may not be available for alcohol-based sanitizer products.


About shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Standard shipping is free when you order $50 (Free International Shipping with order over $500 USD) or more.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 2 pm PST are processed starting the next business day). We process, then we pack. When one of our carriers takes it , you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!


How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take about 11-15 business days.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may not be available for alcohol-based sanitizer products.

Are there limitations with shipping fragrance or Hazardous Material in the U.S.?

Due to the ingredient content of our products, only standard ground shipment to lower U.S. 48 states is available for alcohol-based hand sanitizers.

National Drug Code

Approved drug products listed with the U.S. FDA are issued NDCs.


What skin types are esthemax+pharm products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types. Use only as directed.

All of our products comply with FDA regulations and are hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben-free.


Are you cruelty free?

We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. We are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, the only internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies. Being Leaping Bunny certified also means we are subject to regular, independent audits to ensure we remain compliant.



The products can be sold on my own site or amazon or eBay?

No. We only sell for personal use. By purchasing esthemax+pharm products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel any order if we have reason to believe that the order is not intended for personal use.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I place a return or exchange?

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

You must provide the correct Order # to place a return, and, if approved, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and that some specified merchandise sales are final.


How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days.
